Welcome to my webpage.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Pam Tibbles, my aim as a counsellor and therapist is to help you to feel happier and settled in your life and relationships. I have been working as a counselling therapist for over 10 years and I have recently moved my practice from Totton, New Forest to Shirley, Southampton.

I currently offer a free 30 minute initial therapy consultation to discuss what’s troubling you with no obligation to commit to further counselling sessions.

My counselling practise is based in central Southampton, in a purpose built cabin in a peaceful garden in Freemantle, Shirley, Southampton SO15. There are good transport links by road and public transport from Totton, the New Forest and Southampton, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Romsey, Ashurst, Eling, Bramshaw, Ower, Wellow, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Cadnam, Calmore, Copythorne, Beaulieu, Hythe, Minstead, Fritham, Bransgore, and all the villages in the New Forest.
My practice is a 10 minute walk from Southampton Central Train Station, and a 15 minute walk from Westquay Shopping Centre.
