Update for the Coronavirus Disruptions
The coronavirus pandemic has had a huge effect on the everyday life of all of us and maybe you are feeling anxious and worrying about every aspect of your life and what the future will hold for you and your family.
I am mindful that many people will want and need therapy but are worried about the cost at a time when possibly your income has been affected by the lockdown.
For this reason I am willing to offer discounted online or telephone/Skype/FaceTime therapy sessions to new clients. The level of discount and how many sessions it would last for, will be tailored to you, and we can discuss this before therapy begins.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Pam Tibbles, I am a counsellor and therapist based in Freemantle, Shirley, Southampton S015, and have over 12 years counselling experience working with adults. I recently moved my practice from Totton, New Forest.
Are you unhappy and finding it hard to admit it? Perhaps your intimate relationship is failing, your job/career is floundering and your friendships have drifted, and those around you are either too close, too distant or too distracted to turn too.
Then your looking in the right place, you need a counsellor to talk too.
I know its hard to admit that we all need some extra help sometimes and so with this in mind, I offer a free 30 minute initial therapy consultation to discuss what’s troubling you with no obligation to commit to further counselling sessions.
I also know that people seeking therapy think they are weak, but it shows strength, you’ve accepted your vulnerable (like the rest of us) and have been brave enough to ask a total stranger for help.
Call me on 07590 496631.
