Let me introduce myself, my name is Pam Tibbles, my aim as a counsellor and therapist is to help people to feel happier and settled in their lives and relationships.
I naturally listen with empathy and compassion. I will support and respect your values and views, listening intently to really hear how it is for you, in a professional, safe, non judgemental and confidential environment.
I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I have a well established private practice in central Totton SO40, on the edge of the New Forest, near Southampton and Romsey where I have been offering therapy and counselling for several years to individuals.
I understand that when we are feeling anger, grief, depression, confusion or anxiety it can be hard to turn to our family and friends. Coming for therapy and being able to talk honestly to someone outside of our lives can be very helpful and gives you the opportunity to release these feelings and express your thoughts. To go to counselling and seek therapy is not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength.
I have had the privilege to witness how therapy has changed lives, and highlight that therapy and counselling research shows that the most important factor in gaining results is in the relationship between therapist and client. Therapy works due to the confidence and trust generated in the counselling relationship.
I currently offer a free 30 minute initial consultation to discuss what’s troubling you with no obligation to commit to further counselling sessions.
