Frequently Asked Questions and Testimonials

How long are the sessions?

The counselling sessions are for 50 minutes, usually once a week at the same time and day, but they can be flexible depending on your needs.
Short term counselling is usually for 6 sessions after which there is a review as to whether you want to continue.
Long term is where you continue therapy until you decide that your issues or difficulties have been resolved and you are ready to finish.

50 per 50 minute session. I accept cash, cheque or BACS and I can provide a receipt or invoice if required.

I have appointments during the day and evenings.

I work from a purpose built cabin in a quiet, peaceful garden in Freemantle, Shirley, Southampton, SO15, where there is free parking on the forecourt, a designated car space or in the road opposite.
