Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the sessions?
The counselling sessions are for 50 minutes, usually once a week at the same time and day either short term or long term. Short term counselling is usually for 6 sessions after which there is a review and discussion whether you want to continue. Long term is where you continue until you decide that your issues have been resolved.
Fees?
For individuals £35 per 50 minute session before 3pm, rising to £40 after 3pm.
For couples £45 per 60 minute session before 3pm, rising to £50 after 3pm.
Where?
I work from Lyndhurst
map in a room that is safe, comfortable and confidential.
